I am on day 5 of my TurboFire 90 day challenge - and I feel AMAZING!! Already I'm noticing an increase in my energy levels!

This mornings 51 minute had me burning a whopping 580 calories (says my Polar Heart Rate Monitor)!

I followed with the healthiest meal of the day!! Vegan Chocolate Shakeology mixed with a cup of Original Unsweetened Almond Milk and half a cup of frozen mixed berries! I LOVE this stuff!! If you want some information regarding Shakeology I'd be happy to share - just message me!

Today I put in the effort! I sweat - and I did it like a little piggy playing in the sunshine! You get what you put in people, make it WORTH IT!!

    Any form of a plank makes me "rain sweat" onto my mat. But sweat is fat crying, and it was nice to get in a good cry. ;)

    I sweat like mad when I work out too. I figure you might as well get the most out of it. I guess that's why I like to swim too..I am breathing heavily by the time I'm done but no sweat, literally, but you should see how much I sweat after I'm out of the water. emoticon
