Just realized something

Figured I'd do this as a second entry instead of adding to the book I wrote earlier lol

Just realized something... and it made me feel even more accomplished and happier.

I am right exactly on track with losing 2lbs a week on the weeks I'm behaving.

It's been just over 11 weeks since I started the journey. That SHOULD have had me down -22 lbs. BUT in those 11 weeks, I had my casino weekend... with bad eating choices that lasted til the following weekend just about, due to the massive snow storm and being unable to shop and have GOOD eating choices available. It took me 2 weeks to get myself back together and start losing again.

Then at the beginning of the month there was the Bday party, and a non loss week. So that makes 3 weeks of blah. 11 weeks - 3 weeks = 8 weeks. 2lbs a week for 8 weeks makes 16lbs. So I'm off by one pound.

I'LL TAKE IT!!! And love it!

hahaha

Just found that interesting to think about. =D

    I hope you lose the pounds at a pace that satisfies you. For me 2 pounds a week would require amputating limbs!
