My goals over the next 6 weeks:
1. Continue to stick to my eating plan and eat as well as possible. This next week I will be "off the wagon" as we will be on vacation BUT while I won't have a menu plan, I do intend to stick to eating as well as I possibly can! And I do not want ONE week of being "off" to throw me off for good.
2. Continue 30 Day Shred! Jillian is amazing. I love it! I want to complete it and get through workout 3 without stopping.
3. Get down to 199. That means losing little over 2 lbs. a week But I really think it's doable as long as I truly stick to what I should be doing.
4. Keep checking in with the Challenge group.
