Couch to 5K Week One, Day Three

Even though I slept most of the day yesterday because I didn't feel well, I was determined to get up and do my C25K training today. Whoo Hoo! Training completed!
I will make sure I get to my 10K steps today, but that is all the exercise I will do. I hope I learned my lesson about overdoing it yesterday.
