Well, 65 minutes on the bike last night. Tonight and tomorrow will be the same. I think I need to spend 10 minutes on the treadmill also. I am so close to getting 400 fitness minutes this week I donít want to not make it. So maybe tonight since it is the ďeasyĒ day, I will add 10 minutes on the treadmill or 10 min on the bike after the workout. Since I canít set the bike for 75 minutes. It only goes up to 60 minutes I guess for crowd control purposes.
I am getting ready to splurge on Sunday. I am in control of brunch for my house. Gonna have waffles and pancakes, sausage and bacon, eggs and omelttes and hashbrown casserole. I am sure I am going to eat too much. I am also quite sure my digestive system will revolt. I am also quite sure that may be the only food I eat all day. Probably not, but there wonít be much consumed by other meals. I have not had a true splurge day since I started consciously watching what I eat. I may end up in a food coma, but I am looking forward to it. I think the Cincinnati Redís play on TV for their opening night game on Sunday so I will be in a food coma while watching baseball. I figure to make this my Thanksgiving in Spring.
I also have a sneaking suspicion that come time to gorge, I will have second thoughts. I have this suspicion because I am already having second thoughts. Not about the cooking. I plan to cook and enjoy the food. I think I will also be taking a walk because if I eat and sit down I am going to be miserable.
So, hopefully everyone has a great Holiday. Mine will be good. The food will be awesome and I am okay with that.
