Today I am thankful for . . .
1. My beautiful mother who is my greatest supporter and biggest cheerleader
2. My crazy roommate who, even though he's gruff he always and only wants what's best for me
3. Chiobani plain Greek yogurt that has 23 g. protein
4. Breakfast shakes w/ bananas, Right Size hunger smasher powder, Whey Protein, Almond milk, PB, and Chiobani plain yogurt
5. That Spring is in the air . . .
6. That I am coming up on the half-way point at school . . . in just 11 wks.
7. That I am down 5 lbs.!!!! and counting
8. That I am still not grazing on unhealthy crap
9. That I have found low-cal, fat-free ice pops for those times that I need a sweetie
10. Most importantly, that I ROCK!
