The weekend has started really good. I actually started mine yesterday. I went to lunch with a friend of mine. I need to go do something I haven't socialized much sense leaving the church ministry. I had a good time didn't eat too much lol. It was funny if you had told me growing up Jo and I would be friends no one would believe it. He just reminded me that you don't need religion to be a good person and It is okay to be who you are and not have to fit into other peoples box. I see myself getting healthy and not just in the physical sense.

Good for you, Linebacker! I love that you see your enlightenment about religion as part of your overall journey toward health! I wish more people would discover that too. We'd be much healthier as a people that way. Keep up the great work!!!! emoticon

There is this anonymous quote going around the Internet: "You don’t need religion to have morals. If you can’t determine right from wrong then you lack empathy, not religion."

    Staying on plan.
    Seeing an old friend.
Realizing that nothing has all the answers (or even the questions).

Sounds like a peak week to me.
