Day 186, 187 & 188 Positive Thinking

Friday, March 29, 2013

Today I shall try my best to think positive, need to think positive, need to remain calm. Ah, it probably won't last but I'll try. My kids started spring break yesterday and already gotten on my nerves, but maybe that will get better after Easter on Sunday. Got a call about my other daughter's blood work, thyroid looks good and iron levels look good, blood looks good. But he said her blood sugar was low, it was taken before she ate breakfast. So he wants to do more testing with that, plus testing for other things to find out what is going on. A couple of days or rather meals this week, she ate a little bit better, but the next meal she wouldn't eat much yet again. So the waiting game, he wants her back in on the 5th for further testing, poor kid. At least this one is during spring break, so she can go home and relax afterwards. Just wish I knew what more I could do. The baby has food intolerances to all nuts and some soy that causes itchiness and eczema severe since birth plus intolerances to complicated milk. Then my 6 year old she has always not gained a lot of weight, but has gotten worse this last year. My son, he's hyperactive short stature and small on weight somehow manages to eat just enough to gain when he needs it thankfully. And my stepdaughter, luckily for her no issues other than not wanting to get off her butt, typical teenage behavior really. Me on the other hand, I have yet to schedule my follow up with my doctor kind of put it on hold temporarily to figure this out with my daughter. I'm holding on here still clueless but trying to solve things. Plus my dad, he is still adjusting to his new medication dosages, so he sleeps usually most of his meds cause drowsiness. But he looks better, just tired. Then hopefully my mom can go in for her heart surgery or whatever it is next month, if they will ever let her get medicaid, they claim they are not taking anyone new at this time. Bull I say. Eh, well off to check on the kids, get myself some breakfast, and since kids are home, probably won't get to go for my country walks, since the don't listen and it just stresses me out the high speed traffic. So going to pull out the treadmill, hopefully the dvds and some weights and stuff. Wishing everyone a blessed Easter weekend. *HUGS*

OH, and potty training still going strong with the baby. YAY! emoticon

Happy Sparking! emoticon emoticon
