Lazy Bones

Friday, March 29, 2013

Hard to admit,but true...

After a tough March with pneumonia, and now bouncing back, I feel very very (very) lazy about exercising. Yikes!

Have a lovely Easter/Passover.

Yes take time to heal... but you can still make exercise enjoyable. Like taking walks in areas that soothe you. Going to the pool where you are supported and can rest in between laps. Perhaps check out hatha yoga. There are many options that will help strengthen you while you still heal.

emoticon emoticon Just take it one day at a time. You and your lungs need to heal. Do not push too hard too quickly because that may cause you more time in a sick bed. Just do a little every day and come back slowly and recover your strength and determination.

Nah. I don't think your bones are lazy, or your skin, or your mind or any part of you. It is a law of physics - conservation of energy. You'll feel the urge to exercise when the time is right!
Happy Easter!

Give yourself and your lungs time to heal, my friend. I would start with little walks to build yourself up. We are all very proud of you and are glad you are doing such more better. emoticon emoticon Love, Chelsea

I walk a lot. Doesn't feel like exercise. Especially when I make up must do things. Like I only get 1 litter box at time. More trips.
