Visualize yourself reaching your ultimate fitness goal. Don't be afraid to dream big! How would it feel to accomplish something so amazing? Carry that feeling with you whenever you start to doubt yourself—if you can dream it, you can do it!
I haven't thought about this in a long time. I met some amazing goals in the past. I'm not sure if I can be okay setting the same goal again now. It would almost feel like a let down.
Mind you, I could do it, just a little different. Instead of just making finishing a half marathon my goal, I should set how many I'd like to finish. Or I could go for tri-athalons. I've always had an interest in them as well.
I just don't know. Lots to think about here I guess.
