Life became real busy the past few weeks and I wasn't paying too much attention to my eating so I refused to get on the scale knowing that I wouldn't be happy. This past week I tried to get back on track with my eating and exercising and to my surprise I was down a pound from my last weigh in a few weeks ago. Although I am happy to not have gained, all I can think about is how much weight I could have lost the past few weeks if I didn't go off track. I'm headed in the right direction so I suppose I should look at this as the glass being half full vs the glass being half empty.
