This is by far the hardest workout I have ever done. I paused it 4 times, even though he gives you water breaks all the time, and I thought if I pushed any harder I'd feel sick but I was determined to finish and I DID!!!
When he said it was time for a cool down I almost cried though.
literally I nearly burst into tears, I had to stop myself!
Feeling very pleased with myself and the workout, the only thing I've done different is a longer cool down, I don't know if its because I don't know the stretches he does, but I didn't feel like they were as effective as stretching on the floor, so i'm going to do both and maybe its just a case of getting used to them
