March 29, 2013 – 17th Day – Weight is back up to 167.4!!!!!! – NOT happy! emoticon
I think it is the sugar and carbs that I’ve eaten, if tho it hasn’t been much. Either way….. it’s depressing! I am going to cut out my coffee and little bit of creamer in the morning, and try not to eat any bad carbs today and see if that makes a difference. I even went to the gym yesterday!! I will have the house to myself today, which is good… but, I have LOTS of chores to do! I would love to fit in time to work out on the Wii. I haven’t done that in a while. Of course, there is the treadmill, too. And…. I could take my bike to the bike trail and ride. I don’t think I have time for that, tho.
I’m still “sick”. I woke up with my head completely congested! I couldn’t breathe at all! And today is the first day of my Spring Break! Oh well.
I ordered an Advocare product called ThermoPlus from my Advocare coach/rep. It is a supplement that is supposed to help boost your metabolism, is a weight-loss enhancer, helps convert fat into energy, and helps suppress appetite. I just pray that it helps! If not… I’m done with Advocare! I’m not going to keep spending money on products if they aren’t going to help me.

    get well if you are under the weather your body isn't going to release a lot of weight. concentrate on the habits not the scale.

  Don't give up the weight will start down if you keep at it.
I wish we knew how to count fitness when we do housework, for it is very demanding.
When I work around the house, I try to take 5 or so minutes on the treadmill, it make me feel like I have really accomplished something extra.
