I am ready for this weekend... I need the sleep lol. I haven't gotten to bed before 9pm at all this week I think and that sucks when you get up at 2:30am to get ready for work.

Yesterday's goals:
40 mins of cardio - 70 emoticon
10 glasses of water - 19 emoticon
fasting until dinner - almost slipped with the chocolate but made it emoticon
lean leg workout - emoticon

Today's goals:
30 mins of cardio
10 glasses of water
medium cal/ low carb
Upper body ST from musclicious

    I hope the Muscilicous program really gives you some results!! I would pay more attention to the measuring tape and how your clothes fit than the scale. Sleep is so important for recovery. You catch up! emoticon emoticon
