The Plan - Day 11

Friday, March 29, 2013

Week 1 - 5 lb down
Day 8 - no change
Day 9 - 0.6 lb down
Day 10 - 0.2 lb down
Day 11 - no change

Tested bread, which I guess is also a first time for yeast. Mild reaction so will be watching those two. This feels like edging towards a normal diet now - am getting a far clearer idea of how I really need to eat with my sedentary job. Sobering! Haven't been cooking up roast veg in advance - need to get back into this as it makes life so much easier.
Wishing everyone a lovely Easter.

Congratulations on realizing what your diet should consist of! I too am working on finding out what I should realistically be eating and what my caloric range should be. Thankfully I kept a food log from several years ago, it is a life saver for this weight loss round since I kept it all in a little notebook. Keeping a notebook helped me to realize that when I did not eat eggs my body refused to let go of the pounds. I am wishing you a lovely Easter also and a good journey to your health goals!
