Workouts, Easter Weekend and Hoarding

So..... time to report on last week and the plan for this week, before this week is over!
Last week was not as much of a success as I had hoped, but I did make progress and my plans, while not all successful, definitely spurred me to action and I accomplished far more than I would have otherwise. Know what I mean?
This week there are a lot of repeats from my goals last week, but they are still good goals, worthy goals, goals that I will hopefully achieve in total this week! Hold me accountable on this friends!
-Push-ups/Sit-ups ST workout at least 6x
-Attend Zumba class 1x
-450 Fitness minutes or even better - end the whole month with 1700 fitness minutes
-ST workouts 4x or more
-Bed early 2x or more
-Gym workout at least 1x
My eating so far has been hit and misses. Really have to get serious about that part of my life.
I am well on my way to accomplishing my goals for the week and will remain determined through the end of this week! I just began my nice 3-day weekend and my plans for this weekend include several really good, long workouts! I am planning to meet a friend at the gym tomorrow morning and then attend Zumba tomorrow night. Then I think a nice run on Saturday is a good way to end the week and prepare for our big Easter dinner on Sunday night.
Along with workouts and healthy living, I have some other personal goals for the weekend. I have some early gardening to get done and some cleaning and organizing to do. I have a few piles sitting in the house that, well, look a little too much like something from “Hoarders”. I realized this when I happened across the show this morning while working out. And it is such a scary thought I am determined to get rid of them ASAP!
