Not only did I find a pasta that was gluten/soy free that was delish but also crackers! Well the crackers were pretty blah...but with hummus...AWESOME! I was really wanting some ice cream today but that was a no go. I could really go for some ice cream!!!!

Today at the library I got three gluten free cookbooks. One had a section that was gluten/soy free. Most all of the recipes I had skimmed through seemed to be soy free. Except the pancake ones. Really...SOY FLOUR!
Interval running today was a success! I actually kept it at 6 mph at the high times. FELT AMAZING! After 30 minutes I did crunches and upper body work then went back to cardio. Man did my abs feel it!
Need to get to bed. Watching a cutie pie 4 month old in the morning! So goal time!
Did I make healthy food choices? Yummy meals all day long! I love turkey burgers! No bun of course. :)
Was I physically active? Cardio, core and upper body work!! Woot!
Did I feel/act motivated? You darn skippy I did!
Did I stick to the program? I was beyond positive and happy today. I can't explain it but I felt great! Love my family and life!
