This week is Spring break and midterm grades are now out. I usually ask my students to give me a mid-term grade to see how my classes are going. At the start of the year I posted my fitness syllabus so I should post my midterm fitness grade. I'm tempted to give myself a "C" because I've missed a few "assignments" but I am getting caught up and doing well on my "tests" so I'm going to give myself a "B". I still hold hope of getting it up to an "A" but it is getting late. I've decided that my "final exam" is going to be my first official 5K in May.
