One of the benefits of having to drive into work at 4-something AM this week is that I got to feel how it's not very cold right now... .That means I even entertained the thought of running in the morning again.
How awesome would that be?
For dinner I sauteed some kale and mixed a little pre-made Trader Joe lentils with a no-sodium fresh salsa and served myself a big plate with a couple tablespoons of guacamole and a serving of flax corn tortilla chips. 12+g of protein included in this deliciousness.
Since I'm not used to eating this way anymore, my body is trying to trick me into thinking I need to feel fuller instead of being satisfied. The strange thing is that just being satisfied with healthy food was normal to me for so long. I wonder how long this weirdness will last.
