More walking today but I got outside and it was about 57 degrees so I was really comfortable with just a light jacket. I did a couple of short little running bursts in there to try to get my heart rate up more. One pretty steep hill goes up to the main street from the track that I was running at. Wooh - I should do those more, maybe incorporating it in to an "official" HIIT training day where I run/walk the track and then run up the hill.
