Now that I've written out a bit of a manifesto on how to get myself back to myself, perhaps a bit more detail is in order.

First up, eating healthier!

Seeing as I'm poor as s**t, eating healthy is so much harder than it should be. The breakdown of the food currently in my kitchen is as follows:

'Fridge:
Skim milk
Yopa Greek yogurt w/ strawberries & granola
Cheesy potato soup
Vegetable soup
Grape juice
Beer
Wine coolers
Broccoli
Butter
Eggs
Salad mix
Yogurt ranch salad dressing
Coffee creamer

Pickled banana peppers

Just creating that list made me totally forget the original intent of it. Probably something just to remind me what I have and get me thinking about how to make some healthy meals out of it!
