I know this may be a bit TMI, but if you don't know what magnesium citrate is and can't read what the bottle says, it's to help you go when you can't. And, again, I know, TMI, but I haven't really been able to go very well for a while now. A couple of summers ago I drank practically a whole bottle of milk of magnesia and it didn't do anything to me. But yesterday, my mom decided we were going to try this stuff. And I feel so much better already! I only drank half the bottle today and I'll drink the other half again tomorrow or Saturday, but finally I've found something that will help me feel better. Has anyone else had this problem since changing their eating styles? I eat a lot of fiber, but it doesn't do anything but make me toot. And honestly, I'm still single so that's not always fun. LOL!

In other news, I was able to send out all but 3 or 4 characters today for the murder mystery and the rest will be sent out, hopefully, on Sunday. We extended the deadline to sign up til Saturday and so, depending on how many more people sign up, it will make a difference in what characters I give these last few people.

Oh yeah, on top of the problem mentioned above, I had some of my other stomach problems today too. A year ago I was having a problem with burping...like all the time, and they were all like the burp you saw/heard in the movie Elf. I was told then that when I do the crunch motion, it pushes my stomach up into my chest and that causes this problem. Since then, I have learned that, yes, that does cause this problem, but so does too much dairy. And today, I had a very small amount of shrimp/lobster cream sauce on my parmesean crusted chicken at lunch. Like seriously, out of all the stuff they put on it, I had maybe 3 bites, and I am still burping. ://Again, I know and I'm sorry, TMI.

The other day, someone asked me how I liked my new toy, the balance disc, and I LOVE IT! I've been using it along with my 5lb weights to do my upper body strength training and it definitely gets me sweaty. :) I also tend to leave it out somewhere so that I will jump on it for a little bit at different times throughout the day. :) So, so far, best $5.50 I've ever spent on a piece of workout equipment!

The Spring Challenge this week has us blogging about our goals. So, here are some of my goals.

1. Overcome the plateau I've been on for the last couple of months...which a 3lb loss to beat this plateau would get me to 100lbs lost!

2. Go for a run! I'd like to say at least once a week, but I know that may not happen because I'm still fighting with these health issues. But I want to, at least once during this challenge, go for a run of at least 1 mile where I can run NONSTOP the entire time. I had gotten myself down to a 10 min mile, but after health problems, I haven't been able to run since October and so my 10min mile has become a 14-15min mile because I'm having to either slow down to a walk, or stop altogether, a couple times during the run. My ultimate goal with this would be to get back to running a couple times a week.

3. I'd like to lose at least 8lbs. That should be 1lb a week during this 8wk challenge, but I didn't lose anything during the first week so it'll be just slightly more than that now. But, I'd like to lose 8lbs because 3lbs puts me at 100 lost, but 8 would put me at 160 and I honestly don't remember every weighing that little. The last weight I remember from before was 187 and that was the day I joined Weight Watchers before quitting that...and so many other "diets."

4. And my final goal would be to workout a minimum of 4 days a week, but ideally, it would be at least 10-20 min every day.

GO LEAPING DAFFODILS!!!! :D

Please pray for me tomorrow to make good food choices as it's one of those days that you tend to get free cakes and stuff. lol I really want to beat this plateau and cake is not going to help me right now.
