When I wasn't watching, it slipped in. I didn't see it. I didn't hear it. It somehow just ... got there. The procrastination bug! That's right. 2 days in a row I've done a shoddy job of tracking my calories and I have no doubt if I did, I'd be over my daily intake but on the flip side, I've been more aware of my activity and being sure to wear my Jawbone UP. It buzzes, I walk. It's nearly automatic now and even my co-workers will say "Hey, you're buzzing. Get outta here for a few minutes. Time for a walk". So, 1 up, 1 down.
I think I need a push back into nutrition and what better way to do that than with some new recipes. Anyone have any favorites you'd suggest? I'm no Betty Crocker so easy, quick, kid friendly and healthy are what I'm looking for!
