Get Moving

Still no call back from my doctor on last week's xray...sigh. My foot is still killing me and now my hip and back hurt from trying not to put too much pressure on my heel while I've been pulling 12 hour shifts on concrete floors.
I've decided to hook up the old VCR and start doing my Jane Fonda videos for the decrepit and invalids or whatever it is. I made the kids put together a tv cart and hook it up for me! The sad thing is I'll have to modify even those exercises. My blood sugars are high. I can tell without even testing them. I'm tired, way beyond tired actually, and moody as hell. I can't just sit around anymore.
I won't start exercising until this weekend though because work is a huge drain this week.
My diet has been iffy, not terrible but some crap choices. I'm trying to go as low carb as I can but I find myself having mini carb binges nearly daily. Gotta get it under control.

    How frustrating! You are doing the right things. Try to get in as much movement as you can. Not easy after 12hr shifts! Do you have crutches. I used to find walking in them a good workout for arms and core!! I hope they figure out what is wrong soon.

    Call them! I know the frustration of being injured. Sorry you are hurting. I have tried all of the chair exercises here on SP. Have you checked them out? The yoga helps too, modifying as needed. Hope you get some news! Saying a prayer for you. emoticon emoticon
