It's been a few days, but I'm checking back in. Tuesday was a really REALLY long day. Not going to go into details - I've hashed it out already. But now that I've taken a couple of days for me, to recharge and recommit, I'm ready to get back on track. Keeping up with tracking my food, got a good walk in tonight (upped my speed tonight) - so I feel good going into the weekend.
