Saw a neighbor today for the first time in about 8 weeks, and she commented on how I looked, that I looked "different". When I said that I'd been doing Yoga, she said it showed.
Know its not a matter of lbs, but a matter of stronger muscles that mean better posture, better walking, etc.
Definately have more leg strength. Not the pressing weight kind, but being able to stand on one leg and lift the other straight out in front of me and hold it. Okay, the leg is not knee locked straight and the leg isn't at a 90 degree angle to my standing one. Still its higher than it was and I can hold it, sometimes to a slow count of 15. Also getting it up higher behind me. This also indicates an increase in range of motion of the joint, muscle strength in the leg itself, and core strength that I can hold my balance.
Am also able to do some bent knee push ups again, not that long ago couldn't even do that!
