Day 20 - Lyn Genet's The Plan - results

Week 1 Results: 9.6 lbs down
Week 2 Results: 3.4 lbs down
Day 15 Results: .4 lbs down
Day 16 Results: .2 lbs up (tested double protein)
Day 17 Results: 1.0 lb up (added a 2nd piece of bread and 2nd serving of almond butter)
Day 18 Results: .6 lbs up (mixed and matched items from different friendly days)
Day 19 Results: .4 lbs down (friendly day)
Day 20 Results: .4 lbs up (friendly day - thoroughly confused!)

Total down 11.4 lbs

Haven't quite figured things out for this week. A little baffled.

But with that said, I couldn't get the scale to move for 4 months and in the last 3 weeks, it has moved quite a bit. I am grateful.

    Stress will add weight... Were your water and sleep on track? For every hour of sleep lost you can gain anything from 0.2 and up.
You are getting good results - stick with it!

    Congratulations! Those are fantastic results. The initial drop is so much that it's easy to expect that to continue, I found. To make it to the end of 20 days must be amazing! emoticon

    Stress plays a role too... and you have some of that going on.
