We all talk about our goals. Our goals are suppose to be
Setting up my action steps of my goals - example: I will eat 1200 calories each day
M - measurable
I can measure my goal by logging all the food that I eat each day
Do I have everything I need to make this goal happen - computer, time to track my foods etc.
I need to own the goal to be own, it needs to be meaningful to me one that I know that I can achieve
I need to be a deadline on my goal to track my progress
So if I am willing to do the work on my goals, to spend the time it takes to work out the "plan" my goals will be more than a wish.
