Sprint/walked the track and completed 10 flights of stairs with Amber & Natasha at the track! They are great motivators! 10,000 steps out of the way!
Completed 2 SP ab Pilates workouts. I definitely felt the burn!
Stayed within my nutritional ranges.
I got in 10 miles total before I went to bed yesterday and feeling good enough to get it in tonight.
Finally in my healthy BMI and want to stay here! I'm on thyroid, heart, & blood pressure meds so it's challenging sometimes. But, it's doable!
