What a week! (In a good way)

I have had an amazing week! I am crushing my workouts. I was doing Brazil Butt Lift but it is too much of shaking of the chest for me. I probably did not give it enough time to get used to it but I was missing some strength training in my life and I was not about to give up TurboFire. Anyone that knows me, knows that is my "Soul-mate" workout! Chalene says to find a soul-mate workout so you enjoy it. And that is TurboFire for me. So like TurboFire was not enough Chalene for me that I added ChaLEAN Extreme into the mix. I am only doing the strength training workouts. So right now I am on the Burn Phase which is the 1st phase. I have not lost any weight this week but I feel lighter and tighter. I have done ChaLEAN Extreme before but I did not have heavy enough weights the first time and I am really pushing myself this time. I am eating "Clean" & "lean" 80% of the time. I do allow treats into my body. Like today for example I have been wanting a McDonald's Caramel Frappe so today I gave into it. I am still in my calorie range so I am all good with it. I did have to adjust my dinner a bit because of it but it is well worth it.

My business is going great! I am finally getting the hang of all this social media stuff which is a big part of my business.

And this weekend is Easter (as you all know) so we get to go see my parents which I am so excited about!

What can I say...LIFE IS GOOD!!! Remember to stay positive no matter what and good things will happen to you! Positive thoughts=Positive Results!!!

    emoticon You ROCK! If only my knees would let me jump up and down! I loved to jump rope but now my knees can't take that. Walking and riding bike & light weight training are my favorites right now. A few weeks ago I got the DVD Lean & Chiseled. It gives me a challenge, I like it so far but only have done it a couple times.
