Uh oh calories

I went way over my calories today. Almost 400 over!!! Ahhh!! It's happening, I'm giving in. I guess I will be ripping and going to the gym tomorrow so that my weekly burn is still on target. What am I going to do to burn 400 calories?

    Dude. It happens. Just make sure you enjoyed those calories and go back to your regularly scheduled program...which it looks like you're doing so good for you!

    Great attitude. If you're going to go over, enjoy it thoroughly and let it go. Start where you are and keep moving forward, 1 choice at a time.

    I've gone over my calorie count before, it happens. I wouldn't put too much pressure on yourself; at least you're keeping track which is always good!
