how do you track unconventional exercise?

Yesterday You Were All Such Big Help Its Time For Another Question! I Spent The Day At The Zoo Pushing Two Kids (Sometimes Three, Don't Ask) Around InTheStroller. MyBodyTellsMeIGot A Workout, But How On Earth DoI Put That In Tracker? I Am Curious about this for tomorrow too I am working a 12 hour shift As A Nurse. Posting From My Phone, Have No Idea Why It Is Capitalizing Everything! TIA!

  Just go to the left hand corner to track activities and put in how long you walked and what you were doing, that's what I do. Hope this helps. Judy on your exercise page.

    I don't have the answer for you but I am curious to see what the answer is. I walk outside almost every day and more times that not this winter it's been in the snow. I can account for the walking but not the extra effort it takes to trudge through the snow. Putting forth all of that effort pushing 3 kids in the stroller has to have burned more calories than just walking! I hope somebody has the answer emoticon
