Exercise Accountability # 2

I thought I was a goner for a minute. I was seriously doubting myself last night because I thought that I wouldn't be able to pull it together to do another work out this week.

I took a short nap after work today and then all was right in the world again. This is my 3rd day of exercise for the week and I am hoping to be able to do at least one more this week. I would like to exercise tomorrow evening after work, but I don't think it's going to happen considering my husband will be home. His plan is to work on the kitchen (we have been remodeling and it's just about finished) with a friend/cousin and his 2 yr old will be here when I get home. Typically that means that I won't have any time to do anything. We will see how it goes.

Here is my workout from this evening. I did 43 minutes at 30 resistance and burned 467 calories. I know what your thinking. The resistance clearly says 15, but I did do 30 for 30 minutes and then lowered it for the rest of the time. I thought I was going to be getting off sooner then I did. I was aiming for 30 mins, but got caught up watching a show so it worked out in my favor :)

    I do think that you are doing a great job. Just try not to over do it. Work at your own pace. You will reach your goal. Stay positive and never give up. For when you give you have lost the battle. For people like us who have made up in our minds that we want this life change, giving up is not an option. Stay positive and stay strong. emoticon
