Exercise Accountability # 2

I thought I was a goner for a minute. I was seriously doubting myself last night because I thought that I wouldn't be able to pull it together to do another work out this week.
I took a short nap after work today and then all was right in the world again. This is my 3rd day of exercise for the week and I am hoping to be able to do at least one more this week. I would like to exercise tomorrow evening after work, but I don't think it's going to happen considering my husband will be home. His plan is to work on the kitchen (we have been remodeling and it's just about finished) with a friend/cousin and his 2 yr old will be here when I get home. Typically that means that I won't have any time to do anything. We will see how it goes.
Here is my workout from this evening. I did 43 minutes at 30 resistance and burned 467 calories. I know what your thinking. The resistance clearly says 15, but I did do 30 for 30 minutes and then lowered it for the rest of the time. I thought I was going to be getting off sooner then I did. I was aiming for 30 mins, but got caught up watching a show so it worked out in my favor :)
