So, I'm doing a challenge with one of the teams that Spark People put me on when I started. this week, we have a challenges of writing a blog post about or goals with this challenge.

Naturally, I'm already behind o n a bit of this, but here goes.

My main goal with this challenge is to loose weight...safely. To attain this I (still) need to be drinking more water everyday so that my body doesn't retain the water weight. And also need to exercise more.

Which leads to goal #2. Exercise. I want to be able to do a crunches routine that I learned in dance 11 years ago, and could still do after DD4, but not after DD1. I know I need to work up to this, but that's my goal.

My third goal is to complete one section of my couse work every day. I am studying to be a Certified Wedding Consultant, and this would see me nearly done with the entire thing by the end of the challenge. This is a lot harder with two preschoolers, but I am working on getting my routines together so that I have time to study after they go to bed.
