Another Tiny Loss

Today I weighed in at WW and had a .4 pound loss. That is what I gained last week so basically I am treading water at this point although I faithfully follow the diet, don't use the extra points (or at least not many of them) and exercise daily. I can only hope that at some point my body will cooperate and the scale will show the results of my efforts.
