Another Tiny Loss

Today I weighed in at WW and had a .4 pound loss. That is what I gained last week so basically I am treading water at this point although I faithfully follow the diet, don't use the extra points (or at least not many of them) and exercise daily. I can only hope that at some point my body will cooperate and the scale will show the results of my efforts.

    Try more lean protein, eat more food in the morning, than at night, don't stress-- maintaining is harder than losing.
