As soon as I came home tonight I spent about 45 minutes stretching, using my resistance bands and some 5 and 10 pound weights. I only hit one dog in the head with a 5 pound weight (unintentionally) but she learned to move when I said move.
I am feeling the burn, and it feels good. I did reps of 10 and on the 10th one, I held for 10. My problem.. I forget to breath SO! I started counting outloud, and that makes me breath.
I am happy with todays outcomes, tracking, working out, eating, trying to be positive... I raked up a ton of spark points! Now I am going to listen to some "Paul Thorn" and do some crocheting to relax and enjoy my house. That and start planning in my head what I want to do about a garden as I need to sow some seeds this weekend!
I feel perky tonight, in my mood anyway. Thank you to those who left words of encouragement today for me. They mean alot. ;)
