My first challenge

I have decided to do my first challenge. I am in week two of my eight week challenge. I'm hoping that it will motivate me more and keep me motivated. During the eight weeks I will do my best to fulfill every challenge that I'm given. I'm not even worried about losing weight. This time I'm focusing on how I feel.

My goals:
- feel better about myself
-don't focus solely on losing weight
- keep my motivation

So far I feel that I'm doing much better at these goals than I normally do.

    Thats the right attitude! One thing I learnt so far is at the start it was about getting a healthy weight, now its more about challenging my lifestyle choices (not just food and exercise) and asking myself is this the right choice for me....its a challenge in itself to question your old lifestyle.....but focusing on your goals gives you clear actions you can take, and before yo know it youll have some healthy habits you never thought youd ever have!
