My first challenge

I have decided to do my first challenge. I am in week two of my eight week challenge. I'm hoping that it will motivate me more and keep me motivated. During the eight weeks I will do my best to fulfill every challenge that I'm given. I'm not even worried about losing weight. This time I'm focusing on how I feel.
- feel better about myself
-don't focus solely on losing weight
- keep my motivation
So far I feel that I'm doing much better at these goals than I normally do.
