Since getting my Fitbit, I have increased my walking considerably and looking back over the last 2 months, I don't think 20 miles/week is enough of a stretch. I think 30 is fairly doable so going to push the goal to there for now and consider adjusting a little higher in another month or two. I had a couple of weeks where I didn't walk as much (and ate a little more) and I plateaued those couple of weeks. I was still logging food and exercise, it just wasn't quite the combination it should be. But last week and this week I righted the formula again and the scale was again cooperating....funny how that works.
