16 Week countdown to goal - The big 3-0!

So it's the end of week 2 and I'm doing really good!
I've cut down on bread alot and I think that's really helped with my loss this week. I'm going to do the same this week and see how that goes.

Week 1 = -0.9lbs
Week 2 = -2.8lbs

Total = 3.7lbs, 23.4lbs to go, 1.6lbs per week

    Nice to see results. For me it was not so much about the bread but the BUTTER! Hated putting it into my tracker so finally I stopped using it. It's all about finding patterns and changing them, eh?
