So it's the end of week 2 and I'm doing really good!
I've cut down on bread alot and I think that's really helped with my loss this week. I'm going to do the same this week and see how that goes.
Week 1 = -0.9lbs
Week 2 = -2.8lbs
Total = 3.7lbs, 23.4lbs to go, 1.6lbs per week
