I need to eat fewer calories at dinner time, and eat a smaller percentage of my total calories each day. This is my moderation issue. This is particularly difficult for me as my work day is very unstructured and hectic leaving little time for regular meals.
Some options are pre-packed veggies, fruits and salads, scheduled food breaks during the day, and better meal planning for entire days, not individual meals.
