Thursday of Wk5 in 5% Challenge - stop and smell the flowers and have a chocolate smoothie

I laughed out load when I saw this picture ...One of the other Teddy Bear teams gets the spotlight today as we stop to smell the flowers along the way and do a few exercises. Laughter is good medicine...Did you take time to laugh today? sometimes I think i get too serious and so am taking a few minutes to just laugh about some neat things in my life and on my mind.

Found a new delicious breakfast smoothie 6oz milk, frozen half banana, flax seed meal, and a pkt of diet hot chocolate Whirrrrrr it up and ...mmmmmm best chocolate milkshake in weeks!!! [add more ice if you choose...even make some milk icecubes for smoohies]

    Thanks for the laughs and the great suggestion. I'm always looking for proof that we can enjoy are food and lose weight at the same time.
