Here we go again!
A local running store is offering FREE (can't resist that!) training for Couch to 5K in preparation for a local charitable 5K.
The negative voice in my head is VERY loud. I've done C2-5K programs before, multiple times. And I completed walk to run programs, multiple times. Running never became a part of my routine.
I have bibs for walking this race. Last year was a personal slowest time -- is that the opposite of personal best???!!! Last year's out of season hot weather slowed me down. My personal goal has always been to be a little better every year. Beating my slowest time should be a realistic possibility.
C2-5K again. How many times does it take?
