Monday starts a new challenge for me. I am taking part in a Facebook Biggest Loser event. It's the first time I've taken part in one and I'm quite excited about it. In preparation, I ordered a brand new scale from Kohls. I needed to get my WI by today and I am happy to say it arrived today. I decided to go ahead and WI despite the fact that I had already eaten a pretty large lunch. On Tuesday, Emma took my before pics as I needed to send both those and my starting weight to the event coordinator. So here they both are
I also decided that I would purchase the Leslie Sanson book that a blogged about a couple of blogs ago. It was only $6 and I can write in it! I will start using it immediately. I really feel it will help me to develop some better long lasting habits! I'm also going to begin making my weekly workout schedule on my iPad. I saw on Facebook where a girl had done that with a dry erase board. But I need to have remembers dinging at me and such. So I will get on that ASAP! I need to make sure I am making time for my workouts, healthy eating and healthy habits! And the best way for me to accomplish this is to have a calendar to help keep me on track of all those things plus my family life!
Yesterday, I bought a new water bottle at Walmart! I was quite excited with my find. I had one of these years ago but this one now has the straw that is quite flexible. My water can stay cold up to 12 hours which I LOVE! Here it is:
I am so excited to start this challenge!! I want to take myself to another level. I want to bump up, no, increase my intensity and smile. Time to
my butt into gear and confuse the heck out of what has been up until now my lazy body. It's time to go to work. It's time to GETTER DONE!
