Just got home from grocery shopping and spent $60 on healthy food for just me. I try to watch prices and buy the cheapest but healthiest items, and I still get shocked every time at the checkout! I really want to lose weight, but can not afford this! There are other people besides me in the family that would like to eat too, lol. I have always had this problem, and that is why I am fat, because hot dogs, bologne, frozen pizzas, chimichangas, potatoes, etc. are cheap and the whole family will eat it. I don't see a grilled chicken sandwhich on Mcdonalds value menu, but you can get a double cheesburger for a $1. See my point? Okay don't have the answer, but I feel better venting.
