I've been experiencing knee pain for almost six months. It's not unbearable pain it's more of a discomfort while bending down or going up and down steps. Yesterday while cooking I went to grab a pot from the bottom cabinet and I didn't feel the pain, I was expecting the pain ready to say "ouch" but nothing was there. It's amazing how a little bit off exercise goes a long way. We have to remember that our body is capable of healing itself with the proper nutrients and physical activities.
