Im so frusterated this week...i havent really lost anything, just maintaining but i havent been eating bad at all and I have barley had ANY carbs and my protein levels are high. I guess its bc Im PMSing? I dont know but I am going to start my running up again and train for a 10k,. I havent ran for 3 months after I was running 5miles due to a heel injury. Im hoping its completley healed bc i really want to get back into running...i feel soooo much better. I just hate when I dont lose, its so discouraging.

    PMS sucks! Don't let it get to you though. You should immediately see a change on the scale after the "special week" is over. Also, don't forget to measure progress in other ways, like with a tape measure to see inches lost. Good luck training for your race! emoticon emoticon

    Don't let your frustration get you down. PMS will definately affect your loss. Taking on the challange of a 10 mile run is great well done you. emoticon
