Slowly but surely.

Down another lb: 207. It's coming off slowly. I think it partially has to do with me eating half a block of stirfried tofu last night for dinner and not having nature's call yet.
That call should reflect next week at least. I've been doing well with eating and I've been very busy with making decorations for my Mario themed reception.
I haven't been working out nearly as often as I should,but I have a consult with a trainer on Tuesday. Maybe he can help give me some goals and ideas on how I can effectively workout and get some great results.
