Slowly but surely.

Down another lb: 207. It's coming off slowly. I think it partially has to do with me eating half a block of stirfried tofu last night for dinner and not having nature's call yet.

That call should reflect next week at least. I've been doing well with eating and I've been very busy with making decorations for my Mario themed reception.

I haven't been working out nearly as often as I should,but I have a consult with a trainer on Tuesday. Maybe he can help give me some goals and ideas on how I can effectively workout and get some great results.

    Hope things go well with the trainer. I know that the right trainer can make a big difference!

    LOL - nature's call is always late for me as well! My problem is that when it happens I go - woohoo, and splurge! Anyhooo - my goal this week is to NOT have a splurge day and see it that'll kick me off this darn plateau I'm on.

A Mario themed reception sounds like a real hoot! Good for you, it SHOULD be fun.

Keep us posted on how the trainer works out for you. I think it's always a terrific idea to meet with a trainer and figure out what's best for you.
