I have pictures of me very close to my goal weight. Heck, I was happy where I was. I made it down to a size 9/10. I honeslty didn't want to loose anymore. I miss those days.
Yes, I am doing everything I can. I did yesterday. Today? I have to go to the gym for a ST session - my knee is aching from yesterdays run through the wet, sloppy snow. I think I twisted it a bit. Time to rest it, so it'll be ready to go again tomorrow.
