Down 15 pounds!

May 11, 2013 We will be doing a 5K called Retro Run in Austin! Training to be ready to at least run half of it!

I'll be follwing 5K Your Way Walk/Jog Training Program and I like the progression of it so hopefully I will be able to keep up.
