I think I overdid it

Yesterday, I was feeling so motivated and I totally got on a roll. I did my Couch to 5K training, I climbed 10 flights of stairs, I got my 10,000 steps, and I did Pilates. Today, every part of my body aches.

I will try to take a gentle walk tonight and not do anything else today in order to give my aching muscles a little time to recover. But I still feel awesome for working out that hard. I just look forward to the day when working out that hard is my standard workout, and not a source of pain for my poor underused muscles.

    Yay for you. That ache is your body telling you to rest now so it can rebuild. You actually get stronger on the day after the big push - so wise girl for giving your body the chance to grow strong. emoticon

  Oh I hear you! It is so hard when you are feeling good and motivated to exercise in moderation, isn't it? Great work doing all of that though!!!
