Yesterday, I was feeling so motivated and I totally got on a roll. I did my Couch to 5K training, I climbed 10 flights of stairs, I got my 10,000 steps, and I did Pilates. Today, every part of my body aches.
I will try to take a gentle walk tonight and not do anything else today in order to give my aching muscles a little time to recover. But I still feel awesome for working out that hard. I just look forward to the day when working out that hard is my standard workout, and not a source of pain for my poor underused muscles.
